claim your space!!!!!

Nee hoor, Fien viel niet in een zwart gat nu de cosmati zover af is.
Volgende week heb ik de auto ter beschikking en kan ik op zoek naar batting en backing.
Tijd genoeg dus om nu een UFO af te werken

Fien didn't get bored now the cosmatiring is nearly finished.
next week the car is mine so I can get out to the shop for backing and batting.
and untill then I have all the time to finish a UFO.

Dus weer figuren getekend op papier ( nee, ik durf dit dunne papier nog niet door de printer te laten gaan) en de rood-witte ging weer onder de naaimachine

I started drawing the figures onto the paper, because I still don't dare to put this thin paper through my printer.....and then the red-white quilt was put under the machine again

Als ik achter(of is het voor?) de naaimachine ga zitten krijg ik al snel gezelschap.
Chanty laat me geen minuut alleen.
Moet ik er wel even bijvertellen dat ze vaak, samen met ons, kijkt naar Cesar Millan, de hondenfluisteraar.

when I go sitting behind ( or is it in front of?) my sewingmachine I soon get compagny.

Chanty doesn't leave me alone, not even for a minute.

Now I have to admitt that she watches  Cesar Millan, the dogwhisperer , a lot together with us .

deze Cesar heeft het vaak erover dat je je eigen ruimte moet opeisen en daar gaat Chanty een beetje de mist in.......ze begrijpt het niet helemaal , zal wel door het engels komen.

Cesar bedoelt dat de báás ruimte moet opeisen........hier doet Chanty het.....

Cesar often tells that you have to claim your space, and that´s where Chanty gets confused , probably she doesn´t understand english well enough.
Cesar is talking about the owner of the dog.....but here´s its Chanty that claims her space....

Ik vind het gezellig, dus laat het zo. verder hebben mijn honden gelukkig geen gedragsproblemen (allee dan, niet zo héél erg) dus mag dit ook.

I love it, it´s cosy...and my dogs don´t have other issues (at least that I know of) so its ok by me

ik heb ook nog een stapeltje 10 minutenblokken gemaakt...weet niet of het duidelijk te zien is op de foto

I did make some 10/minutes blocks also, don´t know if they show well on the picture

En natuurlijk borrelen er telkens weer nieuwe ideeèn op voor nieuwe quilts, vooral als je dan zulke patronen binnen krijgt

Ik heb em altijd zó mooi gevonden...ik moet wel nog even wachten met het aanschaffen van de stoffen ervoor....maar dan heb ik nog even de tijd om te bedenken welke kleuren het moeten worden en al lekker lang voorpret hebben!!!!!

Ofcourse I´m often thinking of new quilts, especially when a pattern like this arrives in my mailbox.
I´m loving this already for some time....I have to wait for another payday before ordering fabrics....but that´s no problem at all, I will have time enough to think about the colours  and I can pre/enjoy it a little longer hahahahahhaa!!!!!

Leuk trouwens, al die reacties die ik kreeg op mijn vorige blog.
Het blijkt dat mijn geschrijf aanzet tot daden bij anderen.
De cosmatiring én de 10 minuten blokken zullen de komende tijd over het internet gaan vliegen!!!
Hartstikke leuk...iedereen veel succes ermee.....laat ff horen hier hoe het ermee gaat!!!!!

it was great fun having all those reactions to my former blog.
It seems like my writing brings other people to big deeds.
